Um, NO!

Um, no. Sorry. That is not good enough. I cannot be here at all on Thursdays because I have appointments that day every week and cannot be expected to wait around here for two whole days for my delivery.

Healthcare Logistics / Movianto (and Clinovia when you used to deliver to me in the past) guaranteed me a Friday MORNING (half day) delivery window and both have always, in the past, delivered to me first thing in the morning before my husband leaves for work in case I am not well enough to get to the door.

Why this change now to a TWO DAY window?!

It is bad enough that they keep changing the company that delivers our Copaxone to us...

That's not good at all. And it's not that getting things down to a 30 minute window isn't possible - with modern routing software and GPS/mobile phones it's easy enough and cheap enough for Dell to do it for their contractors (let alone Ocado and the rest of the supermarket delivery folk)!

That is disgusting :( Could it nor be delivered to your GP or pharmacy for you to pick up at a convenient date or am I talking rubbish?
