I would like to get about 8 hours. I seem to get between four and twenty hours in each "long-sleep" but that is not always "at night".
2. How many hours of sleep can you survive on indefinitely?
I have no idea. I still seem to be alive and so to have survived thus far.
3. Do you enjoy napping?
I have no idea. I tend to be asleep when I am napping and so have no memory of it.
4. The average amount of time it takes a person to fall asleep is seven minutes--do you tend to need more or less time than that?
It varies from total insomnia to sleeping as soon as my head hits the pillow. Now that I can sleep when sleepy instead of trying to sleep at set hours for a 9-5 job I tend to sleep when tired enough to fall asleep as soon as I lie down.
5. If you were offered a pill that would enable you to sleep only two hours out of every twenty-four and remain fully functional, but you could never sleep more than that, would you take it?
Indeed I would because it would cure me of the insomnia and the fatigue that are both caused by the multiple sclerosis and then I might be able to work again.
