Raythene was a stunner, her mother was a glory-lustrous, the pair of them.

Is that even a sentence? If so can someone please translate it into English for me? What does "glory-lustrous" mean? That latter is a rhetorical question. I expect that the RSS feed munged "glory — lustrous" to "glory-lustrous".
