Say no to gnomes!

When I first saw the new Ikea advert on UK TV for their outdoor range, I thought that the music used was something from the "Plunkett and Macleane" (imdb.com) sountrack, composed by Craig Armstrong (iTunes link), but it turns out that I was mistaken and it was actually "Time for Change" performed by The Palace Of Budapest Philharmonic Orchestra and is available to buy as a single (iTunes link). I do not know who composed it, though, and is it very reminiscent of that Craig Armstrong soundtrack.

it's apparently an orchestral arrangement of a Mötley Crue song!

I hadn't seen that ad! I agree the music is very like the P&M clip that's been used all over the place. Turns out, to my surprise, it's apparently an orchestral arrangement of a Motley Crue song!

Thanks for that extra info! I have added it to the post. I have never actually listened to any Mötley Crue.
