Well, it took a few years to persuade the G.P.s but they now know (and it is official and enumerated on the UK MS Society website) that the hormones affect MS as well. That is why I was allowed to have a Mirena coil and endometrial ablation on the NHS to try to stop my irregular-to-non-existent-cycle.
