An email that I have just sent to two people at Healthcare At Home, the company that delivers my Copaxone injections:

You will be pleased to know that I have just taken delivery of a months' Copaxone. I had no idea that this delivery was arriving today because I did not receive notification of it by email. It is not a good idea to rely on phones because, having MS, I have a fluctuating hearing impairment (as well as phone-anxiety). Copaxone is delivered to people with MS. This should not be news.

So, I now have 5 weeks Copaxone in the fridge which means that I should expect another delivery in about a week. Please reply and notify me if this is the case and when to expect the delivery.

Please also let me know if you two are not he best people at HaH to email. I have only had email from the two of you and so only know your email addresses. If there is a supervisor/manager/something or someone else that I would be better communicating with that would reply to my emails and notify me of deliveries then please do put me in touch with them. By email, of course.

Let's see if I even get a reply.

It's a shame they have a problem understand this but I wouldn't hold your breath.
