I prefer to get up late and go to bed late


Well, to be accurate, I prefer to get up when I wake up and go to bed when I am sleepy enough to be able to sleep. Luckily my lack of routine allows this and so I am often totally nocturnal, sleeping for 12 hours or more through all of the daylight (for example I just woke up at 6 pm having gone to bed just before 6 am), despite sometimes being diurnal and being awake for 20+ hours at a time during the daytime. Random MonSter (Multiple Sclerosis) and DSPS are random!

Yes...
My body likes roughly a 2nd-shift schedule. I get up around 10AM-noon and I go to bed around 1AM-3AM. I can get up as early as 9AM if I have to, once or twice, without too much risk. Regularly getting up early, or getting up earlier than that, wrecks my health.
