That ... is disorienting. Mostly because full time employees at Microsoft have a "blue badge".

Good point. In the UK we don't have a disabled parking swing tag to hand on our mirror, we have a blue piece of card to put on the dashboard that we refer to as the blue badge. They used to be orange but they were changed to blue to be consistent with (I think) Europe.
